Eric Schwartz joined Anteris Technologies as Chief Legal Officer in October 2026 and serves on the company’s Executive Committee.

Prior to Anteris, Mr. Schwartz served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Integra LifeSciences, where he led global legal, compliance, regulatory affairs, and corporate development functions. He also served as Corporate Secretary and a member of Integra’s Executive Leadership Team.

Previously, Mr. Schwartz was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Globus Medical and held senior leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, ERT and Animas Corporation. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of CardioVIP, a venture-backed digital health company.

Mr. Schwartz holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
