Stephen Denaro has been a director from October 2018 to December 2025 and again from May 2026.

In addition Mr. Denaro has continued as a director of the Australian operating entities from October 2018.  He has been providing company secretarial services to other ASX-listed companies since 1994, and serves as a director of Trio Business Intermediaries Pty Ltd, a business consulting company, specializing in restructuring, corporate governance, directorship and company secretarial services, through which he provides these and other services.

Mr. Denaro has over 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, accountancy services, and income tax compliance gained from positions as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of various public companies and with major chartered accountancy firms in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Denaro has a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, and he is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
